Hi guys,
Just a couple more polishes left to show you from this OPI Collection. This next one is a dusty taupe color, it might look more or less pink toned depending on the light, I've never had anything like it and I'm still deciding if it looks good with my skin tone so I'll let you be the judge. For the stamp I used the Bundle Monster BM XL-206 with Moyou London Himalayan Salt Stamping polish. Hi guys,
It's already Wednesday and I have a cute mani to brighten the rest of your week. I got sunflowers today, I've been staring at this plate for months but I've been scared to use it in case I couldn't accomplished what I had imagined, I finally summed up the courage and did it and I am quite pleased. The plate is from Born Pretty Store, it has a really long name so if you're interested just look for sunflowers and it's the plate 29, you can't miss it, it's a round one. As for the polishes I used Moyou London Toasted Mocha for the stamp and then colored it in with yellow and orange. Hi guys,
About a month ago I got both of the Essie Silk Watercolor mini sets, that include their line of sheer jelly's that you can layer and mix for different colors and I've been dying to use them for a same color gradient. I finally gathered the courage and went with this glitter+jelly layer combo. First I used my glitter as base, this was as close as silver as I found on my stash, then I layered the jelly color on my nails, one coat covering 1/3rd of my nail, second coat covering 2/3rd and the third coat covering my whole nail to give it a bit of a gradient. Finally I added a black wavy stamp with the BM 201 plate. Happy Monday,
I was recently feeling like Periwinkle on my nails and on a quick target run to get medicine I stumbled upon this great shade by Sinful Colors called Sail La Vie. The polish went supper smooth on my nails, only 2 coat needed for full opacity. I added this cute lace stamp using the Bundle Monster BM-XL206 plate and Moyou London's White Knight. Hi all,
Last week I received the Essie Spring 2017 collection courtesy of Preen Me and I was super excited, the colors are beautiful, way bolder than what I expect for spring which is usually pastel shades. There's a little bit for everyone from grass green to several shades of pink to cover all the bases. Hi all,
This post was supposed to go live on Tuesday but unfortunately I had a few interesting days that prevented me from writing the details and setting it live so here it goes. If you haven't seen the first part of the collection, you can find it here. Now onto the polishes. Hi all!
For today I have a simple manicure, I though about doing something a bit more elaborate but I didn't want to cover the beauty of CBL 976-Babe, I mean this is a deep red holographic polish. I don't usually wear red but when I do it has to be something this amazing. For the stamp I used Bundle Monster Rave Babe and Moyou London's Arabesque 08 plate. Hi Guys,
I have the second polish from the Bliss Polish spring collection today, this is a neon yellow creme, it's a really bright but not highlighter bright polish, which only makes it even prettier. The application was a bit tricky, it's on the thick side you it makes it streaky in the first 2 coats but it can be evened out with a third one, I did thicker coats and it didn't take that long to dry but I still wish the formula was a bit easier to work with. Anyways, on to the pics: Hi guys!
My last mani of the year is inspired by the Ball Drop of New York City, I've never been there but I've watched it on TV and it's always such a beautiful, bright thing that I just thought it would be perfect for the occasion. The black pattern is from the Bundle Monster BM 21 plate stamped with MDU Black and colored with Color Club HAlo Hues Shades. For the glittery fingers I used a black base and Kleancolor Midnight Seduction. Hi guys!
I have my first design for New Years Eve, I've actually done this design before and I loved it but I never got around to taking a picture and post it, so I decided I'll give it a try again cause it's just so fun for a party. The first thing I did was to paint my nails black, it's a great base color when you're doing a metallic gradient cause it makes the colors pop, then I used a bunch of L.A Girl metallic polishes for the vertical gradient, 2 different colors on each nail using a sponge. Finally I stamped some serpentines using the BM-H14 and OPI Push and Shove. |
